  • I will furnish any additional information or documentation as may be required by the Enterprise Seychelles Agency, the Seychelles Made Evaluation Committee, or authorized assessors for the purpose of evaluating this application.
  • I understand that the submission of this application does not guarantee the granting of a Seychelles Made certificate.
  • I understand that providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in the rejection of this application and may lead to legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

    • The Enterprise Seychelles Agency undertaking any necessary verification checks, assessment and on-site inspection visit, to determine my eligibility for, and compliance with the certification criteria;
    • The sharing of relevant information with other Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies for verification and regulatory purposes;
    • The publication of the name of the certified business and product(s), where applicable, as part of the official register or promotional activities relating to the Seychelles Made brand.
